The Secretariat of the Department (where the first year registrations are made) is housed in a building complex in the city centre of Komotini together with other Departments of the Democritus University and specifically at 1 Panagi Tsaldari Street (from the KTEL side), in the same area (PROKAT A) that housed the Secretariat of the former Department of Social Administration and Political Science.

Opening Hours for students

All students are served by the Secretariat of the Department of Social Policy daily from 11:00 to 13:00. Also, all students are informed by announcements from the website of the Department of Social Policy (https://sp.duth.gr/)
